IT specialist for systems integration

IT specialists in the field of systems integration implement customer-specific information and communications solutions. For this purpose, they network hardware and software components into complex systems. They also assist and train users.

Your profile
  • You hold a good school leaving certificate or advanced technical college entrance qualification / high school diploma
  • You have considerable interest in IT
  • You have a good command of German and English
  • You are reliable, honest and willing to learn
  • You readily take responsibility and enjoy working in a team
Vocational school
  • Where?: Elmshorn vocational school
  • How often?: 1-2 times per week
  • Teaching content: All theory-based training contents, such as basics of IP

Warehouse logistics specialist

Warehouse logistics specialists receive goods, inspect them and store them correctly. They compile deliveries and route plans, and load and dispatch goods. They also assist with the optimization of logistical processes.

Your profile
  • You have a secondary school leaving certificate with at least satisfactory results in math, German and English and have ideally gained some experience during an internship
  • You are interested in handling both logistical as well as economic contexts
  • You have foreign language skills in English
  • You have knowledge of MS Office
  • You readily take responsibility and enjoy working in a team
Vocational school
  • The vocational school teaching takes place in Pinneberg. In these classes, you will learn everything you need for your training, from the perspectives of theory and practice.
    The classes usually begin at 7:45 am and end at 2:45 pm

Industrial clerk

As an apprentice, you will gain varied insights into different company departments, such as purchasing, sales, order management or production.

Tips for your application

We welcome your interest in our company. A good application is the first step on your way to joining AUTOFLUG. To help you complete this step successfully, we will be pleased to provide you with a few tips.

  • For your application, please use our online application form.
  • You are welcome to send us your documents as a PDF file. However, the individual documents must not be bigger than 15 MB.
  • An application must always include a cover letter, a copy of your resume and your certificates.

Cover letter

Your application should provide us with an authentic impression of you. Rather than using standard phrases, try to make your application as personal as possible. We are particularly interested in learning why you are applying for this apprenticeship and what motivated you to apply to AUTOFLUG. Despite all the information, the cover letter should be short and concise and should not exceed one A4-sized page.

Resume

Your resume should include your key personal information, such as your address, phone number, email address, etc. It also provides information about your school education, internships, additional qualifications as well as your extracurricular activities such as your hobbies or voluntary work. End your resume by adding your current location, the date and your signature.

Attachment

In addition to your last 2-3 school certificates, you should also include relevant information about internships, language courses, stays abroad, seminars or similar in the attachment to your application.

How can I apply?

You can submit your application via our jobs portal using the online application form. There, you will find tips on the things you should bear in mind when applying for a job.

When can I apply?

You are welcome to send us your unsolicited application at any time. Please note that most apprenticeships start in August. However, please understand that the available apprenticeships are allocated according to demand, and applications received after the allocation of the apprenticeships can only be considered in exceptional cases.

How do I know whether the job offer is still current?

Open positions for apprentices and students are available here. They are updated regularly.

What documents should my application include?

An application must always include a cover letter, a copy of your resume and your most recent school certificate. An overview is provided here. You can also add a cover sheet, additional school reports and various attachments to your application, such as language certificates or internship references, for instance.

You can upload your documents as individual PDF files via our online form. The file size should not exceed 15 MB.

What happens after I send in my application?

Once we have received your application documents, they will be reviewed by our human resources department. Even though it is difficult to be patient sometimes, we ask you not to inquire whether your application has been processed. It can take some time to consider applications and draw up a shortlist. Is it possible for my online application to be automatically filtered or even rejected?

No, your application will not be selected electronically or automatically rejected under any circumstances. Each application is reviewed and processed by a member of staff in our human resources department.

What should I do if I fail to find a suitable position among the advertised jobs?

If none of the advertised jobs appeal to you, you are welcome to send us an unsolicited application. In the case of apprenticeships and dual study places, however, our demand is usually covered by the positions advertised.
